CannaSpa features alternative spa services performed by professional estheticians, nail technicians, and sports massage therapists who are educated in the use of cannabis products to promote holistic healing. Examples of these are facials, manicures and body massages using infused oils, ointments and other cannabis solvents.
Guests who attend our CannaSpa events can enjoy the elevated benefits of deeper muscle relaxation, due to the way these oils connect within our cannabinoid systems. Our guests will also be offered cannabis infused bites, treats, and cocktails, which can all help enhance the cannabinoid benefits for those who suffer from a wide variety of medical conditions and ailments.

What is Self-Care?
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Although it’s a simple concept in theory, it’s something we very often overlook. Good self-care is key to improved mood and reduced anxiety. CannaSpa will provide a space to be able to learn how to implement CBD/HEMP/THC into your self-care.
March 21, 2020 - Baby Boomers (Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Gout, Arthritis)
David Phears, a motivational speaker, certified yoga instructor and cannabidiol (CBD) educator, will headline a panel discussion on using cannabis to potentially benefit health issues like Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, gout and arthritis. Coach Phears turned to yoga 40 years ago while recovering from addiction and has spent that past 20 years serving as an instructor, earning his yoga teaching certification along the way. He will demonstrate his chair yoga technique for interested CannaSpa participants.
Phears brings a vast knowledge of mindfulness and yoga experience having led retreats around the world in places like Costa Rica, Thailand, Sedona, Ariz., Lake Arrowhead, Calif., and Orange County (Calif.). He previously served on the Huntington Beach (Calif.) Council on Aging and served as a board member on the Orange County Department of Mental Health’s Center for Excellence where he was instrumental in bringing about the first two “Spirituality in Wellness” gatherings to support the mental health community.
Education, Experience, Engagement
Education: Each event will have a different group of panelists to discuss the influence of cannabis usage on a variety of topics, to help understand the plant and its possible benefits. This includes a DIY class each in combination with each event.
Experience: During the CannaSpa, guests will be able to experience the hands-on benefits with mini cannabis massages, cannabis facials, sound baths, yoga, painting, body waxing, etc.
Engagement: We are creating an atmosphere where both veterans of cannabis consumption and the “cannacurios” can dwell in the same space and learn from one another in a comfortable environment.
