Treat yourself to some week’s end weed and wellness with certified ganja yoga instructor and bodywork practitioner for many years, Katy Karns at Hot Pot Studios for S Yoga, a new weekly ganja yoga experience.
This class is a combo of an active and restorative class. Meant to get you warmed up and relaxed but capable of being able to go out to dinner afterward. No sweat! A mix of breath work, Vinyasa flow, self-massage, and body awareness techniques, designed to offer a well-rounded mind and body experience. Each session will leave you feeling strong, refreshed, connected to your body and to the Syoga community.
Please BYOG (bring your own ganja), a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Any human 21+ that arrives with an open mind ready to participate is welcome to attend.
