Join us for January's Healing Happy Hour, a virtual event focused on, "Pain as a Bridge to Healing" hosted by Megan Thompson.
Some of the biggest blocks to healing is our attachment to false narratives, old mindsets, and our pain. We wear these like badges, identities. We forget that we are so much more than our narratives, our pain. Our attachment is what stops us from letting go, growing, transforming. When we use our pain as a bridge to our healing, we create space for unfolding, for stepping into our souls purpose, for joy. Join This is Jane and Megan for a night of diving deeper to the self in this interactive healing session where we will use tools and practices to explore the blocks to our healing.
Megan is living in her Dharma when facilitating healing in others, helping to heal the body and mind through yoga, self love, and Ayurveda.
Megan has a gentle yet empowering teaching style, combining her knowledge of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and spiritual practices, she works to bring you into balance mind-body-spirit. Her personal soul healing journey has brought her more into her soul purpose, empowering women to turn their pain into the bridge for their healing, their passion into their purpose, creating space to unfold and live their dharma.
