highDINING is a culinary experience like no other.
We at highDINING have a vision to bring together the best ingredients from the farm and pair them with the best products from other farms.
Our vision consists of created 7 course prix fix menus from top culinary chefs to be paired in many different and creative ways.
DETAILS OF FIRST EVENT:
Featuring CHEF Ray Agishi : trained in Japan and Nobu, this San Diego Local has taken the culinary traditions of old Japan and fused them with Californian creativity and pizazz. His culinary vision has been honed even further with the creation of his award winning establishment on Garnet, IZAKAYA.
THEME: SMOKED- not only will each course contain an element of smoke, but the tasting to be paired with each course will be smoked.
The chef will come out for each course to explain the smoky elements and the farmer/or me will explain the farmers techniques and why this cultivar is being paired with this course.
EVENT TIME TABLE:
starts at 6:30 ends at 9:30-- food served should end by 8:45
