Infused Holiday Cooking w/Luis Angel Vega III-


This hands on workshop will demonstrate the basics of using infused butter and oil to enhance your traditional Holiday favorites! In this class we will create:


- Traditional Holiday Sugar Cookies

- Holiday Gravy

- Vinaigrette Salad Dressing 

- Hot Caramel Sauce


All students will participate in the cooking process and receive recipes and tasting samples.


***We are also offering a special VIP "Take Home" package of infused pre-made Holiday treats which includes:

6- Holiday Sugar cookies

1- 8 oz jar of Holiday gravy

1- 4 oz bottle of Salad Dressing

1- 4 oz jar of Sweet Caramel Sauce

*VIP package must be ordered 1 week in advance 


Class Time 10am- 1pm

*Cost:- Class only- $100

*VIP take home package- $50
