06:00 PM - 09:00 PM (PDT)
4067 W Pico Blvd
Los Angeles, CA
We're officially one week away from our first 'Gathering in our new venue, Catch One, in Mid-City for CGLA February: NORMLizing The Game. Also... we've locked in an absolute legend in AND out of the industry for February's keynote- Bruce Margolin!
For those of you who aren't as familiar with Bruce's work as one of the most prolific cannabis lawyers of all time... he's served as the executive director of Los Angeles NORML since 1973 and author of Margolin Guide to Marijuana Law. He's successfully represented more cannabis cases than any other lawyer in history, has been selected “Criminal Defense Super Lawyer” more than 5 times (including 2014's “Criminal Attorney of the Year“) and has represented countless high-profile clients including Guns N' Roses.
Bruce will be joining us with his new deputy director and one of our favorite SoCal CannaGatherers, Ian Rassman. Ian's actually joined us on stage previously as a special guest speaker for both CGLA and CGOC. Specializing in banking and payment systems servicing the regulated cannabis industry, he's in expert in providing innovative financial solutions for traditional cash-based operations and a cannabis advocate, formerly serving as NORML’s Orange County, CA chapter Secretary.
We'll have a few more updates to the speaker and sponsor lineup this week, so stay tuned! It's gonna be another awesome night of food, fun, and great conversation with some of the dopest people in the industry and I'm glad to have you join us!
Let's pack the house and christen Catch One in style!!!
As always, LOCAL RETAILERS ATTEND FREE; and as a special deal to kick things off in our new venue, we're offering half-off Gold Sponsorships for the first 5 who email us with interest!
Food & Drinks are covered for all ticket holders per usual as well.
Day-of Volunteers, as well as team staff, wanted!
Wanna score 2 free tickets, food and drink to LA's top monthly cannabis networking event or know someone who does? We're always looking for 4-5 volunteers to help with setup and takedown. Work is minimal and the payoff is pretty sweet.
We've got a couple of static team positions available, too. Contact me directly (or anyone on our team) and I'm happy to answer any questions.
