Slowly Stretch & Strengthen Stoned

Roll out your mat, roll up, and push your mind and body to new limits. Syoga is your chance to medicate and move with like minded people from all walks of life.

Taught by Katy Karns, certified Yoga instructor and Ganja Yoga educated, Katy helps students connect with their body, mind, and soul. With years of experience working with the neuromuscular system, Katy guides students through self massage techniques as well as traditional yoga practices and breath work. With both active and restorative classes at Syoga you'll focus on your mental wellness just as much as your physical wellness.

Class begins with a 10 minute virtual smoke circle. This is the moment to set intentions, get to know fellow Syogis, or let Katy know if you have anything you would like to focus on in our practice.

Throughout class you'll experience enhanced connections to your body which you are encouraged to explore, modifications are always available.

Class winds down with deep stretches, which are lovingly referred to as a #TokePose. We cap things off with a meditation to recenter and relax the mind and body.

You are always encouraged to socialize after class ends and share your experience.
