Starting at 3:15 I will teach a goddess inspired yoga class, at 4 I will lead a meditation combined with reiki healing and we will close out sharing Satsang (sacred time to talk in the ever presence of love, support and truth) cannabis and some magical herbal tea I brought home from the Big Island!
