For one night only, Chef Devon Quinn and Mixologist Alex Rydzewski curate a special menu. On April 20, guests will be treated to an elegant affair that unifies the food and beverage expertise afforded by Quinn and Rydzewski, The Paramount Group’s refined approach to events, and pristine cannabis selections from Phil Cooper, owner of High-Minded Events, that will be incorporated into the menu.
Upon arrival, guests will enjoy an alcohol-free beverage selection and a vape bar hosted by High-Minded Events on Eden’s outdoor patio, weather permitting. After being seated indoors, the dinner experience will begin, taking guests on an unforgettable journey of vibrant flavors from around the globe:

Space is limited and the health and safety of guests and team members is a top priority. Social distancing, capacity limitations, and face-covering requirements as mandated by the city of Chicago will be in full effect.

Eden is located in the West Loop and before closing its doors because of COVID-19, it was a contemporary restaurant focused on new American and fresh cuisine. While the restaurant closed, the kitchen remained open with private events, seasonal meal pick-up and delivery options, chef demos, and at-home events. The same emphasis placed on clean cooking and sustainability persists with Eden sourcing the majority of its ingredients from an on-site greenhouse or local farms and purveyors.
