Please join us for an evening of the senses with Chef Chris Sayegh and Chef James Beck who will be collaborating to talk about the topic that is on everyones mind: Cannabis. Sayegh will be presenting at this years NZ Hospitality Conference and is excited to share the mission of de-stigmatizing plant medicine through food. The Chef's will be putting on a 6 course tasting menu with Wine pairings available. The dishes will be representative of Chef Sayegh's work in California, while staying true to sustainability and utilizing the in season produce from NZ.
