Wake & Bake Ganja Yoga is a beginner-friendly, cannabis-enhanced restorative (yin) yoga practice to kickstart your day.
Cannabis helps relax and balance the mind.
Yoga helps relax and balance the body.
Ganja Yoga practice combines the healing powers of Cannabis and Yoga, allowing students to mindfully quiet the mind while relaxing the body to reach elevated mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual states.
Yoga is so much more than just the asana poses, and consuming cannabis is part of the Ganja Yoga ritual.
We will spend the first 10-15 minutes mindfully consuming cannabis together before moving into a 40-50 minute meditation & asana practice.
Cannabis, a yoga mat/rug/towel, and a yoga block/bolster/blanket are highly recommended.
