Daphne Brogdon- (host of The FoodNetworks Daphne Dishes, recently seen on "Beat Bobby Flay") The stand up comic co-created Prawn Coastal Casual, and other endeavors for her husband Chef Mark Peel. Your chef for the evening.
Stephanie Stanis - A cannabis entrepreneur. Founder and Owner of JadeHouse Extractions, a licensed cannabis manufacturing company. Stanis has years of experience in extraction, cannabis infusions and terpene selections. She is the expert infusing your courses properly.
Our theme this month is Apres Ski
You are skiing the Swiss or Austrian alps. You have taken off the heavy boots and come in from the cold. Sit by the fire, warm up your body and relax your mind as you nibble on classic Apres Ski dishes- cannabis infused! We will be serving an aperitif + 5 courses. Four courses are infused with 5mgs of THC each totaling 20mgs of THC. The aperitif and dessert are infused with 5mgs CBD each totaling 10mgs of CBD, as well as terpenes.
We look forward to giving you a delightful, social evening, with delicious food prepared to satisfy you on all levels.
Aperitif: Homemade hot cocoa with Italian merengue, dusted with CBD and a drizzle of cannabis infused vanilla oil
1st: Swedish meatballs in a delicious savory sauce. 5
2nd: Cannabis infused fondue with an assortment of artisanal breads
3rd: German Cucumber Salad with fresh Dill and Garlic, with cannabis infused olive oil
4th: Comforting Schnitzel served with spatzle infused
Dessert: Terpene infused, apple Clafouti dusted with powdered sugar.
